TESTIMONIAL:

New grads and students, meet Gabrielle.  She graduated with a Master’s in Social Services from a top tier university and still struggled to get past the first interview.  Though the resume rewrites and image consulting helped her a million, what really made the difference and took her past the threshold were the confidence building exercises and mock interview practice.  Here’s what she has to say!

“I had a really great experience!  As a job seeker, I highly recommend Natasha O'Connell. After having completed a few phone interviews and or first round in person interviews on my own, I was struggling to get past the first round. When I would finish my interview, I would walk away with a lack of confidence. I would often have that feeling as though the interviewer was not being genuine in their responses to how I answered their interview questions.

Usually when the interview is not going well and at the same time the interviewer wants to come across as pleasant, they only respond with one-word answers:

"Great"

"Awesome"

"Super"

.......They also have a "deflating balloon" tone in their voice when they give you these one word answers, so you just know your interviewer is being FAKE!!

I bet some of you are giggling to yourself right now because you have been there. If you have ever experienced this in a job interview, then you know exactly what I am talking about. I explained these struggles I was having to Natasha, and she really helped me to overcome these hurdles so that my interviewers would respond positively to how I answered their questions, and sound genuine about it. Natasha's coaching methods proved to be so effective, that listening to her helped me to get hired.

My suggestion to you is to be humble. If you keep going on interviews and not getting past the first round and not getting the job, you might be doing something wrong! Remember, it's not always the most qualified person who gets the job. The one who gets the job is the one who interviews best!

Don't be afraid to tell Natasha where you are struggling in your interview process because your honesty will help her to help you in the end. Listen to Natasha when she says to get a blazer and wear it in your interview. Listen to Natasha when she says "dress up for that phone interview to get you in the interview mode." You never know if the interviewer is going to make a last minute request to skype with you and you do not want to be looking your worst!

Last but not least, I recommend that you work with Natasha O'Connell! Her methods are effective in helping you to get the job!
